Israeli Army Radio: 82 Soldiers Killed in Gaza Due to Operational Incidents

Tel Aviv - Ofok News - The Israeli army radio revealed that 82 Israeli soldiers have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the war due to operational incidents, out of a total of 474 soldiers killed during the fighting in the sector.

According to the data provided by the radio, the soldiers killed due to operational incidents account for about 17% of the total Israeli army casualties in Gaza, which is roughly one soldier out of every five soldiers killed during military operations in the sector.

Operational incidents, according to Israeli military classification, include deaths resulting from mistakes or accidents during military operations and tasks, and not as a result of direct engagement with Palestinian factions.
