The Gulf Cooperation Council stressed that the Houthi militias’ continued targeting of civilian and vital installations in the Kingdom reflects an unacceptable hostile approach and a clear disregard for international law and international humanitarian law, stressing the need for the international community to take a firm stance towards these attacks, hold their perpetrators accountable, and work to stop these terrorist practices that threaten security and stability in the region and the safety of air navigation and civilian facilities.
The UAE condemned in the strongest terms the Houthi group's continued targeting of civilians and civilian and economic objects in Saudi Arabia, in addition to the targeting of Saudi ships in the southern Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed, in a statement, that the continuation of this targeting represents a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a threat to its security and stability.

In a related context, the Qatari Council of Ministers, in its session on Wednesday, renewed its condemnation in the strongest terms of the Houthi group’s targeting of an electricity distribution station in Medina, Saudi Arabia, describing what happened as “a serious assault on the sanctity of Islamic sanctities, a clear provocation of the feelings of Muslims, an unacceptable disregard for the lives of civilians, and a blatant violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty,” affirming the State of Qatar’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and standing by it in all the legitimate measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty and security. And the integrity of its lands and Islamic sanctities, stressing that its security is an integral part of the security of the State of Qatar and the collective security system of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Likewise, Bahrain expressed its full support for the position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its efforts, under its leadership of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, in supporting the Presidential Leadership Council and the legitimate Yemeni government to end the coup, restore the state and its institutions, rid Yemen of the threat of terrorism, and reach a comprehensive political solution in accordance with the three references, in a way that meets the aspirations of the Yemeni people for security and stability.
The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the continued terrorist Houthi militia in its blatant attacks on the Kingdom, targeting civilians and civil and economic objects, and attacking the purest places on Earth in Mecca and Medina. These attacks included the capital, Riyadh, and the cities of Abha, Khamis Mushayt, Jazan, Najran, Taif, and Yanbu, in addition to Saudi ships in the southern Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Meanwhile, Kuwait condemned and denounced on Tuesday the continued “blatant and shameful” Houthi militia attacks against Mecca and Medina, which constitute a provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world, and a dangerous continuation of violating the sanctity of Islamic sanctities, in addition to the attacks against the capital, Riyadh, and the cities of the Kingdom, in addition to targeting civilians, civil and economic objects, and ships in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait, which threatens the security of the region and the safety of maritime navigation.
The Ministry affirmed the State of Kuwait's categorical rejection of the repetition of these hostile and cowardly acts, as they constitute a blatant violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty and a flagrant violation of international law and international humanitarian law.
While the Ministry renews the support of the State of Kuwait for the legitimate Yemeni government, and for the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the sister Republic of Yemen, it praises, in this regard, the tireless efforts of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2014 to support the efforts aimed at reaching a comprehensive and sustainable political settlement in Yemen, in accordance with the three terms of reference, and its leadership of the coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen. It also calls on the Security Council to assume its responsibilities and implement its relevant decisions. Relevance, especially Resolutions 2216 and 2817.

The League of Arab States stressed that the continued Houthi escalation would prolong the Yemeni crisis and threaten the security of neighboring countries and international waterways, reiterating its support for the legitimate Yemeni government and the efforts aimed at reaching a comprehensive and sustainable political settlement in accordance with the approved terms of reference, in a way that preserves Yemen’s sovereignty, unity, independence and territorial integrity.
In the same context, Jordan condemned and denounced, on Tuesday, “the brutal attacks by the Houthi militia that targeted areas in the Kingdom,” including attempts to target Mecca and Medina, in addition to civil and economic facilities, expressing the solidarity of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with its sister Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its full support in all the measures it takes to preserve its security, stability, and territorial integrity.
Egypt renewed its condemnation of all attacks targeting the Kingdom, affirming its full support for the Kingdom's security and stability. This came during a call between the Egyptian Foreign Minister, Dr. Badr Abdel-Aty, and the Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan.
