Under the Pretext of Jewish Holidays: The Occupation Closes the Ibrahimi Mosque for Three Days

Hebron - Afaq News - The Israeli occupation forces closed the Ibrahimi Mosque today, Monday, to citizens until next Wednesday, under the pretext of Jewish holidays.

The director of the Ibrahimi Mosque, Moataz Abu Sneina, condemned the closure of the Ibrahimi Mosque, claiming it was to secure the settlers' celebration of the Jewish "Sukkot" holiday, considering it a blatant violation of its sanctity and a provocative assault on Muslims' right to access their places of worship.

The occupation forces also intensified their military measures and closed all military checkpoints and electronic gates leading to the Ibrahimi Mosque to secure the settlers' celebrations in the mosque and its courtyards.
