Meet the Winners of the 78th Emmy Awards

The comedy series "Widow’s Bay" dominated the Emmy Awards for Outstanding Primetime Programs on Monday, winning 6 awards; one of which was awarded to actor Matthew Rhys, who made history by being the first to win in two different categories for Outstanding Lead Actor in the same year, for his role in this series and the limited series "The Beast in Me" (produced by Netflix). Thus, he also became the first actor to win a lead acting award in all three dramatic genres, having previously won an award for his role in the series "The Americans."

Despite being the most nominated work before the ceremony began, the series "The Pitt" only managed to win two awards during the ceremony, one of which was for Outstanding Drama Series, noting that it had also won some awards at the preliminary ceremony held last week. Actress Jean Smart, the star of the series "Hacks," won the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, achieving a historic milestone as the first actress to win awards in this category for every season of the series.

The awards were distributed to other works, such as the series "DTF St." Here is a list of the winners of the Emmy Awards this year: Outstanding Drama Series: "The Pitt."
