The Yemeni armed forces continued their military operations against the Houthi militia on Tuesday, coinciding with airstrikes targeting weapon depots and Houthi reinforcements on the outskirts of Marib province.

The sources also added that the Houthis are using civilian sites and schools in Al-Waziyah to gather their fighters, forcing students to attend those locations, in addition to forcibly transferring hundreds of employees and workers from areas under the group's control to the front lines in Taiz, as part of ongoing mobilization and reinforcement operations.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni government forces and the Houthi group are engaged in fierce battles along the front lines from "Kahbob" in the west to "Al-Sharirah" in the east, in the areas located between the Al-Waziyah district south of Taiz and the Al-Mudharabah district and Ras Al-Arah in Lahij Governorate.

This front has witnessed, since Monday, clashes described as among the fiercest in recent times, particularly concentrated in the Al-Aghabrah area of the Al-Mudharabah district and Ras Al-Arah, coinciding with Houthi movements and reinforcements towards the Taiz frontlines.

Alongside the military escalation, the humanitarian repercussions are worsening, with thousands of Yemenis continuing to flee from the combat zones. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees reported that more than 3,000 Yemenis have arrived in Djibouti since the onset of the latest escalation via the Gulf of Aden, while the daily arrivals have surpassed the highest rate recorded since 2015.
