Florida Classifies CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood as Terrorist Organizations

Washington - Afaq News - Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the state cabinet voted to classify the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the largest Islamic civil rights organization in the United States, alongside the Muslim Brotherhood and more than 90 other groups, as terrorist organizations.

This decision is based on a new state law that allows for the legal dissolution of these organizations, the expulsion of students who support them from academic institutions, and the denial of government funding to them, following the state's allegations of connections between the council and the Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements.
