New Supreme Court Ruling in Favor of Trump Regarding Immigrant Deportations

The Supreme Court also announced that it will consider the arguments related to this case later this year.

This decision marks the third time the Supreme Court has allowed the Trump administration to temporarily implement this measure. The three liberal justices on the court expressed their dissent regarding this decision.

However, the court also mentioned that it will hear arguments in the case during December, thus adding a significant challenge related to immigration and the Trump administration to its judicial agenda.
