For Yemen

In wars, cities fall and then are reclaimed. You are shocked by events, without being surprised by the change in reality between 'a moment of eye and its attention'... These are moments that permeate wars and are not considered an end, especially when a society endures, showing its strength and refusal to surrender not only in armed resistance but also in patience, armed with the belief that every emergency will pass.

The statement does not apply to a specific community or a particular Yemeni city; the cities, capital, deserts, mountains, and coasts of the Republic of Yemen, to which we all belong, are all alike in their characteristic of genuine resistance.

All cities of Yemen are viewed; from the political and historical capital, Sana'a, to the temporary capital, Aden, and to every citizen, male and female, with a sense of comprehensive responsibility; because this is one of the most important criteria of nationalism and humanity that is broader than the narrowness of regionalism, sectarianism, and localism.

'... the homeland is for everyone' and the state authorities care for all segments of society and free citizens, addressing them all without exception or spirit of exclusion; except for those who rebel against the state and society, refuse the law, and do not adhere to the constitution. This national discourse is the most important aspect contained in the announcement by President Rashad Al-Alimi on October 4, 2026.

Some may look at certain Yemeni cities with particular interest due to their local and regional strategic importance, while others view them through the lens of international strategic significance. Consequently, the world shares an interest in what happens there, especially since they overlook the "Bab al-Mandab Strait"; the second strait of the Arabian Peninsula and one of the most important international passages, through which one-fifth of the global economy passes.

Today, Yemen, along with all Yemenis, is awaiting a development that avoids all that has happened in terms of deterioration; and the "October 4 Declaration" launched by President Alimi regarding the start of the "Dawn of Yemen" is the key to the anticipated development and changing the equation, and an entry point for the required change, according to a timing determined by the state authorities, and an achievement supported by all the people of Yemen and all their brothers and friends.

It is essential to eliminate the danger and correct the mistake, achieve a "safe return" for everyone, establish the "responsibility of the state", and affirm the sincerity of Yemenis in their pursuit of peace; and from the standpoint of strength, which the militia still approaches until it receives a decisive response after exhausting all attempts at calming and peaceful mediation, and patience... and self-control.

Because "Yemenis have chosen peace whenever possible, and have endured much pain for that," according to President Alimi's declaration, the determination is intensifying to end pain and suffering, impose peace by adjusting balances and equations, changing realities, and developing the situation, to prove to those who mistakenly thought that accepting peace was a sign of weakness that the choice of peace is rooted in strength.

Yemenis and the world may not have to wait long to turn the worst pages of "Yemenization", and the anticipated end will be hastened by avoiding all causes of negligence and prolonging mistakes, through the partnership of all state institutions in bearing national responsibility and activating various sectors and supporting teams, improving performance with all leaders present in the field, and changing tools and means to achieve positive and new results that erase all negatives and mistakes of the past, for the sake of Yemen... and there is no doubt they will do it.
