From lace to lingerie... Haifa Wehbe devotes the presence of black to her looks

The color black has been repeated in the looks of the Lebanese artist Haifa Wehbe during the recent period, from international fashion shows to concerts and video clips. This presence was not limited to short dresses, but extended to transparent lace designs and lingerie-inspired cuts, in options that combine bold details and feminine elements.

While attending the Italian “Dolce & Gabbana” show for the spring and summer season of 2027, as part of the Fashion Week activities in the Italian city of Milan, Wehbe chose a black lace design. The design came with transparent fabric, half-buttoned sleeves, and front buttons at the top, while the dropped details at the waist, with a cut close to the “peplum,” added volume to the design and defined its lines.

The choice of black did not stop at the fashion show, as Wehbe also adopted it during the party that followed the show, with a look from the Italian brand itself whose details were inspired by lingerie clothing. The design came in the form of a very short, tight-fitting dress, with black stockings fastened with garters, while the upper part was distinguished by prominent embroideries and a heart-shaped chest.

Color was also present in the Lebanese artist's latest photographic work, where she appeared in an off-the-shoulder dress, with thin straps and transparent parts on the sides, with black lace gloves in one of the looks in the music video for the song "Sibu Sibu." Among the sequins and embroideries at the summer parties of 2026, the color black also appeared in the Lebanese artist’s choices, in a style different from lace and lingerie designs.

At the concert that she performed in the Swedish capital, Stockholm, as part of the Stockholm Cultural Festival, she chose a short black dress from the Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran. The dress was studded with shiny sequins, with embroideries in the form of orange and white roses extending along the sleeves and back.
