Hebron - Ofoq News - The occupation forces, before noon today, fired tear gas bombs towards olive pickers and citizens’ homes in the town of Surif, northwest of Hebron, causing a number of citizens to suffer from suffocation, and they were treated in the field.
In a related context, settlers are building a new settlement outpost on the top of Khallet Ghannam Mountain in the town.
Local sources confirmed that this settlement outpost poses a great danger to citizens, as it directly overlooks the northern part of the town, and settlers exploit it to carry out daily attacks on the people, preventing them from reaching their lands and picking olives, especially these days with the peak of the olive season.
