An American representative calls for stopping the transfer of bombs to Israel and says that the genocide in Gaza has not ended

Washington - Ofoq News - The US Congresswoman from Illinois, Delia Ramirez, said that the genocide against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip has not ended, considering that it is funded by American taxpayer money, and called on Congress to stop transferring American bombs to Israel, in light of the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in the Strip.

Ramirez, a Democratic representative, wrote in a post on the “X” platform that Israeli raids are still claiming the lives of children in Gaza, while about half a million Palestinians face the risk of losing food aid.

She added that the genocide, as she put it, is continuing, whether through bombing or starvation, demanding the approval of her draft law known as the “Bomb Ban,” which calls for stopping the transfer of American bombs to Israel.
