Salfit Taqatqa Governor receives the “Giving Back” initiative crew

Salfit - Ofoq News - The Governor of Salfit, Mustafa Taqatqa, received, at the headquarters of the Bidya municipality, media crews from the “Together” agency and the crew of the “Giving Back” initiative, which is implemented by the Ma’an network, within the framework of strengthening communication with media and community institutions, and appreciating the efforts made in serving the Palestinian people and supporting institutions and the local community.

The meeting took place in the presence of Abdel Sattar Awad, a member of the Revolutionary Council of the Fatah movement, the mayor of Bidya, M. Ahmed Abu Safiya, and the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Salfit Governorate, Fawaz Shehadeh, along with a number of representatives of the relevant authorities in the governorate institution, the initiative coordinator, director of Ofoq News in the North, the media leader Raed Omar, and a number of media figures and activists on social media, where the objectives and mission of the initiative were discussed, and its role in promoting the values of loyalty and community solidarity, and highlighting Efforts and initiatives that contribute to supporting citizens and enhancing their resilience.

Governor Taqatqa welcomed the members of the initiative, stressing the importance of community media initiatives that carry national and humanitarian messages, and promote the culture of giving and giving back to everyone who provides services and sincere efforts to serve the community, stressing the importance of partnership and cooperation between official, media and community institutions, which contributes to supporting citizens and strengthening their steadfastness in light of the current circumstances.

For his part, Awad stressed the importance of the “Give Back” initiative in establishing a culture of loyalty and appreciation for those who give and sincere efforts, noting that honoring personalities and institutions that play an active role in serving society constitutes an incentive to continue national and community work, and enhances the spirit of belonging and responsibility towards the Palestinian people.

In turn, Fawaz Shehadeh stressed the importance of initiatives that highlight the role of economic and community institutions and activities in supporting citizens, appreciating the role of the media in highlighting positive models and efforts that contribute to serving society and enhancing its resilience, stressing the necessity of integrating roles between various sectors to achieve development and serve the people of the governorate.

For his part, Abu Safiya welcomed hosting those in charge of the initiative at the municipal headquarters, stressing the importance of these initiatives in strengthening communication between official and media institutions and the local community, and appreciating the efforts made by individuals and institutions in serving citizens, in a way that enhances the values ​​of cooperation, solidarity, and social responsibility.

In addition, journalist Omar reviewed the goals of the “Give Back” initiative and its societal mission, stressing the importance of continuing media and community work aimed at highlighting positive efforts and appreciating the personalities and institutions that play an active role in serving the Palestinian community, and highlighting stories of giving and achievement that deserve appreciation.
