The General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia announced that King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh was attacked on Saturday afternoon, resulting in a number of casualties, while it was decided to temporarily suspend operational operations at the airport until the damage assessment is completed and the safety of the facilities is verified.
