The official spokesman for the coalition forces, "Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen," Major General Turki Al-Maliki, announced that the coalition's naval forces carried out a military operation in Al-Hudaydah Governorate, targeting legitimate military objectives belonging to the Houthis.

He explained that the operation resulted in the destruction of weapon storage facilities and warehouses for explosive boats and naval mines, pointing out the thwarting of a plot for imminent attacks targeting the waterways south of the Red Sea.

Major General Al-Maliki confirmed via his account on the "X" platform that the operation is part of the coalition's efforts to protect maritime navigation security in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
