“The citizen will remain the focus of our attention.” Al-Sisi directs the implementation of the recommendations of the 2026 Forum and congratulates the child Mayar Othman

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi directed the government to implement the recommendations and outcomes of the 2026 Forum, which he recently chaired, in various issues and sectors that affect the lives of citizens, stressing that “the citizen will remain the focus of our attention.” Al-Sisi wrote in a post on his official account on the “X” platform, previously Twitter, on Sunday: “The great people of Egypt: As part of my follow-up to the outcomes of the 2026 Forum, I have adopted the annual plan proposed by the Council of Ministers, to follow up on the various sectors and issues that occupy public opinion and affect the lives of citizens, in a way that ensures continued dialogue and intercommunication with them.” The Egyptian President added: “The government also directed to publish the directives issued regarding the forum’s recommendations on its website, accompanied by a specific time plan for implementation and clear indicators to measure performance, so that citizens and state institutions alike can follow up on their implementation.” Al-Sisi went on to say that, in the context of what the closing session witnessed regarding the aspirations of our children, especially the demands of a young man with special needs, and the successful models presented by “Future Makers,” I directed the following: 1- Expanding youth preparation programs at the National Training Academy, and providing opportunities for children and youth through the “Youth of Egypt” platform, as well as organizing meetings with officials to listen to their ideas and aspirations. 2- Highlighting the distinguished models of our brilliant, distinguished and genius children, and publicizing their achievements in the streets, squares and public places, in contrast to what was approved regarding the “State of Innovation” program to pay attention to scientific research and geniuses. In this context, I congratulate my daughter “Mayar Othman” on winning the Arab Reading Challenge Award 2026, and I wish her further progress.And always excel. 3- Building a sustainable and integrated national system to provide services and digital communication using artificial intelligence for deaf and hard of hearing people, and provide vocational rehabilitation programs and appropriate job opportunities for them, as well as providing religious education services in sign language.

Al-Sisi concluded his post by saying: “The citizen will remain the focus of our attention, and the main purpose of holding this forum periodically every year, and our goal is to transform the forum’s outcomes into practical steps and tangible results that the citizen can feel.”
