The Yemeni Armed Forces announced, on Friday, the implementation of more than 2,750 precise targeting operations during the past twenty-four hours as part of Operation “Yemen Dawn,” which targeted fortifications, defensive sites, advanced observation and reconnaissance points, field artillery positions, weapons and ammunition stores, supply and provision depots, and military reinforcements belonging to the Houthis, in various axes and battle fronts, in addition to legitimate and high-value military targets deep in the militia’s areas of control.

The official spokesman for the armed forces, Colonel Majid Al-Nuzaili, explained in a statement that the operations resulted, according to initial field estimates, in the neutralization of more than 1,400 members of the Houthi militia, and the destruction and damage of more than 250 combat vehicles, means, and military equipment, which weakened their ability to maneuver, provide support, and sustain their combat operations.

Al-Nazili also added that the ground forces, "in conjunction with the fire effort, succeeded in penetrating the Houthi defenses and fortifications, recovering sites and governing bodies of operational importance, consolidating their field gains, and continuing to develop the attack according to operational plans."
