A circulating video clip showed the candidate directing a series of insults and verbal insults to Israel and the lobby that supports it, in an incident that ended with his arrest and charges related to hate crimes.
Arndt is running as a candidate for the Green Party in the 6th District of Wisconsin.
The incident may shed light on him and his election campaign, in light of the escalation of anger among sectors of Americans towards Israel.
