Yemeni Prime Minister Sha'if Al-Zandani said on Tuesday that restoring state authority is inseparable from protecting the security of Yemen and the region, and securing international navigation in the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, which puts an end to the risks threatening this vital corridor and the security of international trade.
This came during his follow-up in communications with military and field leaders at the fronts regarding the developments of operations and the progress made in several axes, amid the rapid developments taking place in the battlefronts on the second day of the "Dawn of Yemen" operation.
Al-Zandani confirmed that his government is monitoring the course of the battle moment by moment, and is putting the state's capabilities at the service of the forces fulfilling their national duty to restore state authority and its sovereignty over the entire national territory.
He praised the steadfastness and courage shown by the armed forces, military formations, and popular resistance, and the field progress they are achieving, affirming that this progress is receiving direct attention from the government and full readiness to accompany it at the security, service, and living levels.
The Yemeni Prime Minister praised the support of the coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and what it provides in terms of assistance to restore state authority and enhance the security of Yemen and the region, affirming that this support embodies the steadfast brotherly stance of the Kingdom alongside the Yemeni people and their legitimate leadership.
