Barghouti: The world will witness unprecedented massive demonstrations in solidarity with Palestine this week

Ramallah - Afaq News - Dr. Mustafa Barghouti, the Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative, stated that the Global Coalition to Support Palestine, which includes dozens of committees and solidarity movements worldwide, will organize dozens of large demonstrations this week in most countries around the world.

Barghouti confirmed that the coalition will organize more than forty marches and demonstrations in the United States, and dozens of demonstrations in Europe, Asia, and African countries.

He added that this campaign is directed against the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip, against the dangerous settlement terrorism, and the assaults by the occupation army on the residents of the West Bank and Jerusalem, and that this week will be a model week of solidarity with the Palestinian people and support for their just cause.

Barghouti affirmed that the dangerous policies pursued by the Israeli government and the war crimes committed by fascists like Smotrich and Ben Gvir have caused an unprecedented isolation for Israel.
