The fourth decree stipulated the revocation of citizenship from 25 individuals and from those who acquired it through dependency, while the fifth decree stipulated the revocation of citizenship from 41 individuals, and from those who acquired it through dependency. The sixth decree also stipulated the revocation of citizenship from 43 individuals and from those who acquired it through dependency.
