Salfit.. Settlers actively attack participants in picking olives in Wadi Al-Shaer

Salfit - Ofoq News - Today, settlers attacked participants in a central olive harvesting event in the Wadi Al-Shaer area, northeast of Salfit Governorate, in support of the farmers and assisting them in the face of the continuing attacks targeting them and their lands, while the Israeli occupation forces forced the farmers and participants to leave the area.

The attack coincided with the presence of occupation forces in the place, which forced the participants to withdraw, which prevented the harvesting process from continuing.

This attack comes in light of the escalation of violations against Palestinian farmers in Salfit Governorate during the olive season, including attacking them, harassing them, and obstructing their access to their lands, which threatens the livelihood of families who depend on the olive crop.
