A bomb report diverts a plane from Tel Aviv to Bulgaria

Tel Aviv - Ofoq News - An Austrian Airlines plane coming from Tel Aviv to Vienna landed in Sofia, Bulgaria, on Sunday evening after receiving a report of a suspicious object on board.

Passengers reported to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth that they received an anonymous report that there was a bomb on board the plane, which led to the flight being diverted. Among the passengers was a delegation of youth that was scheduled to deliver a speech at the United Nations.

Last week, another incident occurred at Ben Gurion Airport, where there was an anonymous report of a bomb on board a Delta plane, and all passengers arriving in Israel were evacuated. The passengers were quickly removed from the plane and taken to an isolated area. After examinations, it turned out that the report was false.
