Algerians interacted significantly with a video of an orphan girl who requested just two chickens to hold her wedding, as people traveled from all areas to help her have a magnificent wedding.

The girl, who lives in Ain Defla province (138 kilometers west of the Algerian capital), posted a video in which she mentioned that her wedding date is approaching, but she has nothing, which prompted her to ask for just two chickens to celebrate her wedding.

A few hours after posting the video, her plea caused a stir on social media, as calls to help her celebrate her wedding night poured in, and many people from nearby areas, and even from distant provinces, came to the orphan girl's village to offer her whatever financial and material assistance they could, with some even providing her with jewelry to wear on her wedding night.

Moreover, some offered her a monthly amount that would allow her to live with dignity alongside her young husband from the middle class.

Upon their arrival in the village on the night from Monday to Tuesday, the attendees held a grand celebration for the newlyweds who have scheduled their wedding for next Friday, where everyone expressed their joy for them, as well as the spirit of solidarity shown by the Algerians.

The story of the girl comes just days after the story of the orphaned young man from the village of Marouane in Batna province, whose image went viral as he was alone on the night of his wedding, prompting Algerians to show solidarity with him and take action to organize a second wedding celebration for him, attended by thousands.
