Between Musk, Netanyahu, and the crazy car!

In a crazy show that dazzled the minds of all of humanity, Elon Musk presented a few days ago his new version of his famous Tesla electric car, after years of attendance filled with criticism, bullying, and stumbles that were associated with the man before his vehicle. Bullying deepened with Musk's entry into the world of politics in the love-hate partnership that brought him together with US President Donald Trump, and the ebbs and flows that accompanied it, in addition to the invasion of the electric vehicle market by Great China, which almost toppled the Tesla company and eliminated the possibility of its survival and keeping Musk, with his flesh and bones, alive in the global market and financial exchanges.

In the face of this situation, Musk decided, as is clear, to come up with a crazy idea, as we are accustomed to, in order to return the spotlight to himself, his dreams, and his projects. We saw the new version of Tesla, for the man of dreams to prove once again that whoever invests in the madness of technology may capture the attention of people around the world. So Musk came, through a well-arranged press conference, to present this vehicle with his company, which carries jet engines through which it can rise from the ground and move to another place, in addition to rescuing the passengers in it in the event that they are exposed to a traffic accident, which contributes to avoiding a rollover on its roof, and for it to return, with the propulsion of those engines, to the normal parking position.

With this crazy idea, Musk succeeded in capturing the attention of the world. He also apparently succeeded, through a premeditated plan, in using the joke about that vehicle to become a means of fame, as there is almost no sector left in this world, or any company looking to advertise its products, that did not present its product in the form of Musk’s car, using artificial intelligence, 3D animation films, and countless comic scenarios, to promote those products, including the famous Nabulsi kunafa, which this vehicle achieved. And Musk has record-breaking fame, supported by an unparalleled global Tinder campaign.

In the same context, this madness provided a huge space of fame and unprecedented free publicity, which not only exceeded Musk’s expectations, but also saved him billions of dollars in advertising and promotion.

On the other hand, and in another part of the world, we saw Benjamin Netanyahu trying in every way to hold on to his government seat, after being re-elected to his parliament, despite his acknowledgment of the difficulty of doing so. He hastened his steps, especially recently, and in every way to beat the clock, in an attempt to harvest the largest possible number of votes, after his miserable propaganda gained the attention of his voters, including those who were hesitant.

Between Musk's crazy car and Netanyahu's sponsorship of the settlers' aggression, we saw a big difference in goal, content, and means, especially Netanyahu's reliance on abuse, burning, pressure, stealing crops, and attacking solidarity activists, media professionals, and even diplomats. Positions that Netanyahu reinforced by continuing the war in Gaza, threatening war against Iran, and beating its drums, all the way to employing the President of the United States of America, to occupy, in the face of pressure from his administration and the extremist lobby in Washington, the position of the number one voter for Netanyahu.

Therefore, we saw a big difference between those who employ science, technology, and showy creative madness, and those who invest in death and occupation. A staggering difference that reflects the extent of the imbalance between the occupation government and others who do not consider the continuation of the occupation, the confiscation of people’s freedoms, and the killing of their children’s dreams as things that humanity will accept in the twenty-first century. So what about when all of these violations are documented in front of cameras and people’s eyes in broad daylight, so that Netanyahu returns to insisting on continuing them and this entire approach, and not submitting to the will of the world, nor taking into account the opinion of humanity, countries, and international parliaments, and all of this is met with persistence in a way that history has never witnessed. The human being.

Thus, in one week, we saw Elon Musk, who, for decades, tried to fill the world and occupy people, serving his commercial purposes on the one hand, and a government awaiting elections and desperate to promote itself using the aforementioned tools on the other hand, which reflects a dangerous hidden flaw and a famous disregard for the values of humanity, continuously around the clock. Will people’s morals triumph one day, or will megalomania continue, with subjectivity and personal ambitions taking over the whims and daydreams of some? Continuous? We wait and see.
